What does a via ferrata set include?

We rent complete sets: an energy-absorbing lanyard, a resting lanyard, a harness and a helmet. Details and photos are in the Equipment section.

Can I rent just a via ferrata lanyard?

No, we only rent complete sets (energy-absorbing lanyard + resting lanyard + harness + helmet). This way you can be sure all safety components match and nothing is missing.

How much does the rental cost?

The daily rate per set is 30 to 100 zł, depending on the number of days and sets (the longer the rental and the more sets, the cheaper). Example: one set for a weekend costs 130 zł. The full rate table is in the Pricing section.

How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?

The deposit is 250 zł per set and is fully refundable. Once we receive and check the complete, undamaged equipment, we refund it within 5 business days. For personal pickup in Wrocław you settle the deposit and the remaining payment on site. For reservations made at least 7 days in advance we charge a 30% advance payment of the rental price.

Will the equipment arrive before my trip?

Yes. We ship the parcel in advance so that, with standard InPost delivery times, it reaches the parcel locker before the first day of your rental. Enter your real trip dates in the form and we will handle the rest. You can also pick up the equipment one day before the rental starts at no extra charge.

How do I know my harness and helmet size?

You don't need to know it. The harnesses and helmet have a wide adjustment range. Just enter the participants' T-shirt sizes in the "Additional notes" field. If anything is missing, we will simply call you.

How does delivery work?

1. Make a reservation. Choose your dates and number of sets, select InPost delivery, then enter the code, name or address of a parcel locker. Delivery to a parcel locker costs 15 zł per reservation.
2. Confirm your reservation with a payment. After submitting the form you will receive an e-mail with a summary and payment details. The reservation is preliminary until the payment is received and confirmed by our staff.
3. Collect the equipment before your trip. We ship the parcel in advance so that, with standard InPost delivery times, it reaches your parcel locker before the first rental day.
4. Send the equipment back after the rental. You will receive return instructions by e-mail. Send the return parcel on the last day of the rental or on the next business day at the latest. You cover the cost of the return shipment.
5. Get your deposit back. Once we receive and check the complete, undamaged equipment, we refund the deposit within 5 business days.

Which cities do you ship to?

We ship via ferrata sets by InPost anywhere in Poland, including Warsaw and Kraków. In Wrocław personal pickup is also available. We do not ship outside Poland.

Where is personal pickup available?

Personal pickup is available in Wrocław at ul. Wieczysta 161 (after confirming the date with us).
